How to Slow Down Your Workouts
If some workouts feel a bit too fast or challenging at first, you can slow them down to move at your own pace and focus on proper form. Here’s how to do it:
- Open the Plan tab.
- Select the workout you want to start.
- Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner.
- Toggle Exercise speed on.

Workouts that support this feature will now play at a slower pace where available.
Note: Currently, the slow-down option is available for selected programs, such as Libido Boost Pilates and some fitness workouts. We’re gradually expanding this feature to more workout programs.
