How to Track Your Weight
Our app makes it easy to monitor your weight loss progress.
To set your current weight
For iOS users
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap the Weight section.
- Tap Connect to Apple Health.
- Allow our app to access and update your health data.
- Log your current weight by tapping Log weight.
For Android users
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap the Weight section.
- Tap Connect to Health Connect.
- Grant all necessary permissions and tap Allow.
- Log your current weight by tapping Log weight.
You need to have Health Connect installed on your phone. For accurate weight tracking, sync Health Connect with other health apps like Samsung Health, Fitbit, or Google Fit.
To sync health-tracking apps, open Health Connect and select App permissions. If you see any of your apps listed under Not allowed access, tap them and grant the necessary permissions.
To measure your weight loss progress
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap Today.
- View your weekly and monthly progress.
To change your target weight
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap Today.
- Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
