Where to Find Workouts for Every Body Area

Want to target specific areas like your core, legs, or arms? The Workouts tab makes it easy to find exercises focused on different body zones.

How to find these workouts:

  1. Go to the Workouts tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Body specific section.
  3. Select the body zone you want to work on (e.g., abs, pelvic area, arms, back, legs).
