How to Preview Workouts
If you’d like to see the exercises in a workout before starting, you can easily preview them in the app. This helps you understand the movements, prepare your space, and feel more confident before your session.
How to preview a workout
- Open the Plan tab.
- Select the workout you want to preview.
- Tap the exercise icon for any exercise you’d like to view.

The preview shows how each exercise is performed, helping you plan your pace and focus on proper form once you begin.
