How to find this program
You can find the Yoga for Seniors program in just a few steps:
- Go to the Plan tab in the app
- Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner
- Scroll down and select Yoga for Seniors from the list of programs.
This program is ideal if you’re:
- New to yoga or returning after a break
- Looking for slower-paced, gentle sessions
- Interested in a movement that supports healthy aging
Yoga for Seniors is a low-impact, beginner-friendly program that supports flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Each session includes mindful movement, deep breathing, and soft stretches — helping you stay active and relaxed at your own pace. Move in a way that feels right for your body — even a few minutes of gentle movement can positively impact your day.
