Where to Find Your Workout Plan?
Finding your workout plan is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Tap the Plan tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Go to workout to start your session from the plan.
Each workout provides essential details, including the number of exercises, the duration, and the equipment needed. You can also tap any exercise image to preview how it’s done.
Let’s take a closer look at the features of the Plan tab to help you make the most of your fitness journey:
-
Add express workouts
If you’re short on time, scroll down to discover express workouts that last between 3 and 7 minutes, targeting different body parts. These quick sessions are perfect for adding intensity or fitting in a fast workout when you're on the go.
-
Schedule your workout routine
To set your workout schedule:
- Tap the calendar icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap the pencil icon to edit your workout days.
- Select the days you want to train.
The number of available training days depends on the chosen workout program and fitness level. You can also turn on workout notifications to receive reminders at your preferred time.
-
Change your workout program
If you want to switch to a different program that better suits your goals, tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of the Plan tab.
-
