Where's Your Daily Workout Plan
Here’s how to access your workout plan:
- Open the app.
- Go to the Workouts tab.
- Select the workout.
Please note that you can choose the days of the week when you are going to do the workouts:
- Go to the Workouts tab.
- Tap WEEK 1.
- Go to My Schedule.
Also, you can see the dance plan for the following weeks and the workouts preview.
