How to Play Workouts on Your TV
Watching your workouts on a bigger screen can make your fitness routine more comfortable and engaging. The steps depend on your device and TV setup.
Here's how to set it up:
iOS
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can use AirPlay to stream workouts to an Apple TV or any AirPlay-compatible smart TV.
Ensure your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Start a workout.
- Skip the intro, then pause the video.
- Tap the AirPlay icon in the upper-right corner.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect.

Note: Steps may differ depending on your TV brand and model.
Alternatively, you can connect your Android device to your TV using an HDMI Type-C cable. This works with both smart and non-smart TVs that have an HDMI port.
Once your workout appears on the big screen, you can follow along more comfortably and enjoy a clearer view of each movement. Watching on a larger display can make your sessions feel smoother and more engaging.
