Adjust your fitness level

Set your fitness level to Advanced to access higher-intensity workouts.

Use the workout catalog

In the Workouts tab, you can filter sessions by duration and difficulty to find options that match your goals.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Workouts tab.
  2. Use the time filter to choose sessions that are 20 minutes or longer.
  3. Set the fitness level to Advanced.

Add express workouts

Express workouts are quick 3–7 minute sessions that focus on specific areas like abs, legs, or upper body. They’re perfect for adding variety or building on your main routine. You’ll find them in the Plan tab — just scroll down to see what’s available.

Do multiple workouts from your plan

Want an extra push? You can do two or more workouts from your current plan in the Plan tab. This is a great way to extend your daily session and increase the overall intensity.

Try a different workout program

Looking for something new and more demanding? Try switching to a more intense workout program.

Here are some of our most intense programs:

  • Resistance Bands
  • Rubber Band Pilates
  • Kettlebell & Pilates
  • Lose Weight
  • Get a Brazilian Butt
  • Keep the Shape

Feel free to explore and see what works best for you.

And remember: listen to your body and take care of your health. Progress matters, but overtraining can lead to injury. Go at your own pace and adjust your routine as needed.
