Where to Find the Workout Catalog
The workout catalog — available in the Workouts tab — lets you browse and filter a wide range of Pilates and Yoga sessions. Whether you're short on time, focusing on a specific goal, targeting a particular body area, or choosing to work with equipment, there’s always something that fits your routine.
How to navigate the workout catalog
At the top of the Workouts tab, you can switch between Pilates and Yoga to explore sessions that match your preferences. Just tap the style you’re interested in, and you’ll see all the workouts available in that category.
Workouts are organized into four key categories to help you easily find what works for you:
-
By time
Need a workout that fits your schedule? Here, you can select a workout based on your available time, whether you have a quick 5–10 minutes, a moderate 10–20 minutes, or a longer 20+ minutes to dedicate to your practice.
-
By style & goal
Looking for workouts that align with your fitness objectives? This category offers structured workout blocks designed for Women’s Health, Posture, Stress Relief, Weight Loss, Flexibility, and more. Each program is designed to help you progress at your own pace.
-
By body part
Want to focus on specific areas? This section allows you to target muscle groups like legs, pelvis, abs, chest, arms & shoulders, back & spine, and more. Strengthen and support the areas that matter most to you.
-
By equipment
Prefer to work out with or without props? This filter helps you find sessions based on what’s available at home — from everyday items like a chair, wall, or bed to compact fitness tools like resistance bands, rollers, a Pilates softball, or a kettlebell.
To ensure your workouts are perfectly aligned with your fitness level, we've included the option to adjust the difficulty. When selecting workouts, you can choose a level that challenges you appropriately, whether you're just starting out or already experienced.
Browse the catalog and discover workouts that fit your body, schedule, and space. The Workouts tab is here to help you stay consistent and confident in your movement practice.
