Where is Your Meal Plan?
Our app provides a personalized meal plan tailored to your specific needs. Here's how to find it:
- Go to the Meals tab.
- Tap Show meal plan.
You can also check how many calories and macronutrients you consume with each meal. The meal plan starts the day you create it and is updated every Monday.

- Explore recipes
Our app offers over 300 healthy recipes. To view them, scroll down and tap 300+ recipes for your health.
Tap the heart icon in the top-right corner to save your favorite recipes. Saved recipes can be found in the Favorites tab.
- Learn about ingredients
To explore the ingredients, scroll down the Meals tab and tap the Ingredients handbook. You can select an ingredient to get helpful information and see all recipes that include it. Mark your favorite ingredients by tapping the heart icon in the top-right corner to find them later in the Favorites tab.
- Use the Grocery list
The Grocery list automatically includes all the ingredients required for your weekly meal plan recipes. To access it, tap the cart icon in the upper-right corner of the Meals tab.
- Track your water intake
