How to Change Your Diet Type
You can change the type of diet in just a few taps! Here's how:
- Go to the Me tab and tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Change Meal Plan.
- Answer the questions about your food preferences and select the type of diet you need.
Please remember that it’s not the set of products that define your success but the amount of calories you consume. For example, you can lose weight even by eating burgers and drinking beer if you stick to the caloric deficit (burn more than consume).
And, of course, there’s a golden rule to help you succeed: a healthy diet is about balance, not restrictions. You should find a system you can easily stick to and enjoy it. If you take your diet as a punishment, set strict deadlines, and feel guilty for eating the so-called wrong food, you’ll end up trapped in a vicious circle of giving up, feeling guilty, and starting over again. Please be kind to yourself and take building new eating habits as a new self-care routine.
