Where to Find Your Grocery List?
The shopping list lets you easily and efficiently plan your meals. Here’s how to access it:
- Go to the Nutrition tab and tap Diet.
- Tap the Grocery List section in the center of the screen.
The Grocery list displays the products pre-added to your weekly shopping list and depends on the generated meal plan.
Adjust your grocery list by tapping the settings icon in the top right corner. You can skip a day or meal or change the number of servings, and the app will update your list accordingly.
This is how you benefit from using the Grocery List:
- Save time and energy. You don’t have to invent your daily menu anymore: delegate this task to us, and we’ll come up with the best suggestions to support your fitness goal.
- Minimize the risk of failure. It’s much easier to eat well when you have a plan to stick to. You can stock up on food and prepare your meals for the day. By doing so, you can decrease the risk of overeating and progress steadily.
- Share and inspire. You can share your list with your friends and family and maybe even encourage them to join you in your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
