Where to Find Your Grocery List?


The shopping list lets you easily and efficiently plan your meals. Here’s how to access it:

  1. Go to the Nutrition tab and tap Diet.
  2. Tap the Grocery List section in the center of the screen.

The Grocery list displays the products pre-added to your weekly shopping list and depends on the generated meal plan.

Adjust your grocery list by tapping the settings icon in the top right corner. You can skip a day or meal or change the number of servings, and the app will update your list accordingly.

  • Save time and energy. You don’t have to invent your daily menu anymore: delegate this task to us, and we’ll come up with the best suggestions to support your fitness goal.
