We’re excited to introduce Challenges — a fun and motivating way to enhance your wellness journey!
How to join a challenge
Joining is simple — just follow these steps:
- Go to the Challenges tab.
- Choose a challenge and tap Join now.
- Tap Accept challenge to get started!
Currently, we offer the following challenges:
- Libido Boost & Sexual Glow Up in 21 Days
- 21-Day Pilates with Resistance Bands
- 21-Day Pilates
- 14-Day Face Yoga
Each day, you'll find new tasks to complete. For each task you finish, you'll earn Self-love points. Complete all the tasks throughout the Challenge, and you'll receive a certificate — a trophy based on how many days you completed.
Daily tasks include:
- Affirmation
- Reading an article
- Workout
After completing all three tasks each day, you'll earn 100 points, and the day will count toward your streak.

How to track your progress
To see how you’re doing in a current challenge, scroll down within the challenge and tap My progress. Here, you can view a calendar of completed days, the number of tasks finished, statistics, and badges for reaching milestones (3, 7, 14, and 21 days).
To see your overall progress, tap a heart icon in the top-right corner of the Challenges tab.
You can turn on notifications to help you stay on track. To receive reminders and updates, simply tap the bell icon at the top-right corner.
