We're excited to introduce you to Guides, a helpful resource to help you build a healthier lifestyle.
How to find guides
- Tap the Challenges tab.
- Pick a challenge from the list.
- Scroll down the page.
- Tap Read to get started.
We currently offer a comprehensive resource titled Your Guide to a Balanced Diet. It features 5 chapters and 16 articles designed to help you learn how to eat in a way that supports both your health and your appearance.
To start reading, select a chapter to view its articles, then tap on any that interest you.
How to track your progress
After you finish an article, tap the Complete button. This will mark the article with a green checkmark so you can easily keep track of what you've read.
You can also view your progress on the main page, where you'll see how many articles you've completed in each chapter and your overall progress.
