Unexpected Charges After Canceling

Once you cancel your subscription, we will not charge you again, as it is technically impossible to do so.

However, if you see new charges, here are the possible reasons:

  • You didn’t cancel your subscription correctly

Depending on the platform you purchased your subscription to use on, it may not appear in your App Store/Google Play subscriptions list and, therefore, cannot be canceled there directly. Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription either.

To properly cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions in our How to Cancel Your Subscription article.

  • You have multiple subscriptions

It’s possible that you may have subscribed to more than one plan, and the charge could be coming from another active subscription.
To check for any other active subscriptions, please contact our support team:

  1. Go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap Profile settings.
  3. Tap Get help.

  • You canceled after the payment was processed

To avoid being charged for the next renewal, make sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next auto-renewal date.

If you cancel on the same day as the renewal, the system may still process the charge since your subscription was active at the time of renewal. The charge may also appear later in your account, even though it was processed earlier.

Always feel free to contact us. If you have any questions or need help — we’re here for you.
