How to Restore Your Purchase?

If you purchased a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, and the app is asking you to pay again after you’ve logged in, please do the following to restore your subscription:

  1. Scroll down the payment screen.
  2. Tap Restore purchases.

Additional steps

If a large "X" appears on your screen after following the steps above, try this:

  1. Tap a few times in the top-left corner to close the payment screen.
  2. Go to Profile settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Restore subscription.
