How to Report a Bug

If you encounter a bug or issue — such as the app freezing on the start screen, workouts not showing up, completed workouts not saving, or any other unusual behavior — please follow these steps to report it:

  1. Go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap Get help.

Please describe the issue in detail, and if possible, attach a screenshot or video. This will help us understand the problem and resolve it faster.

Try these steps before reporting:

Temporary issues can often be resolved with some basic troubleshooting steps. Before reaching out to support, we recommend trying the following:

  1. Delete the app.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Reinstall the app.
  4. Wait a few minutes before opening it again.
