What to Do If a Completed Workout Isn’t Saved

If a workout doesn’t show as completed and the next session stays locked, here’s how to fix it.

Important: You need to complete more than 60% of a workout for it to count as finished.

If you've done that but the session still isn't saved, try these steps:

  1. Quit the app.
  2. Remove it from your list of active apps to ensure it's not running in the background.
  3. Reopen the app.

If the issue continues, follow these additional steps:

  1. Delete the app.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Install the app.
  4. Wait a few minutes before opening it.
