What to Do If a Completed Workout Isn’t Saved
If a workout doesn’t show as completed and the next session stays locked, here’s how to fix it.
Important: You need to complete more than 60% of a workout for it to count as finished.
If you've done that but the session still isn't saved, try these steps:
- Quit the app.
- Remove it from your list of active apps to ensure it's not running in the background.
- Reopen the app.
If the issue continues, follow these additional steps:
- Delete the app.
- Restart your phone.
- Install the app.
- Wait a few minutes before opening it.
