What to Do If the App Asks You to Pay Again
If the app asks you to buy another subscription after you've already purchased one, you may have accidentally created a new free account.
Here’s how to log out of the free account and access your paid one:
- Tap the top-left corner of the screen 3-5 times to close the payment screen.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Log out.
- Tap Get started.
- Select Yes, I already have an account.
- Enter your registration email and password.
If you haven’t created a password
If you haven’t set a password, you can still access your paid account easily by following these steps:
- Tap Get started.
- Select Yes, I already have an account.
- Tap Forgot password.
- Enter your registration email.
You’ll receive a password reset link. Please check your Inbox, Trash, and Spam folders.
Important: The password-reset link works only on smartphones and tablets.
