    If you have a question about paid subscription, to assist you better, please send us the following info:

    • your full name;
    • e-mails that you may have used to purchase the plan.

    If you have a question about your payment, to assist you better, please send us the following info:

    • your full name;
    • e-mails that you may have used to purchase the plan;
    • transaction date and transaction amount;
    • last four digits of your credit card;
    • email connected to PayPal;
    • PayPal transaction ID.

    Or detailed receipt of your order from the bank statement (with the transaction recipient).
