This Money Back and Cancellation Policy represents how users can cancel a subscription and refund their money if they have purchased a subscription on the website and have provided us with the proof described below. The Money Back and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use unless otherwise provided for therein.


Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Please note that DELETING THE APP DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

If you purchased or enabled a subscription on the App Store:

You may cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our websites:

To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current period. You may cancel the subscription you purchased on our website in your profile. Below, you may find several options (that may change from time to time) on how to initiate the cancelation of a web subscription: Open the OrganicFit, OrganicDance, OrganicMeals, OrganicMan, or OrganicWalk app, and go to your profile and select the Manage Subscription option:


From there, you will be directed to subscription settings and will be able to turn it off.

Canceling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.

We value our customers, and you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time by request. You can contact us at our Support Сenter or via email at [email protected].


In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that you contact us via the Support Сenter or email [email protected] within 30 days after the purchase AND provide us with the following evidence:

  • You did not achieve visible results with our personal meal and fitness plan; and
  • You have followed our recommendations in the plan carefully and precisely at least during 15 days within the first 30 days after the purchase: the meals were made according to the recipes provided by us in your customized meal plan; the workouts were completed exactly as shown in our videos; and
  • You can prove that you followed our plans precisely with photos/or and videos of daily meals and workouts during the first 15 days.

Generally, if you do not meet the conditions set out above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.

You are also eligible for a refund if you may not use the meal and fitness plan provided due to health conditions. You need to describe your case and attach the respective evidence to be entitled to a refund.

We will review your application and notify you by email whether it is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE! Only fulfilling the requirements above allows you to receive a complete refund under the 100% Money-Back Guarantee Policy. For the sake of clarity, this 100% Money-Back Guarantee Policy does not apply to any other instances, for example, personal reasons (you dislike the product, Etc.) or financial reasons (you did not expect that you would be charged, the trial would convert into the subscription, the subscription would automatically renew, Etc.).

Note for residents of certain US states: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

Note for EU residents: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement's conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND YOU SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVE THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE.
